SWEATING NIGHT

Sweating at night is often caused by a combination of factors such as the sleep environment, the level of physical activity, diet, stress and other medical factors. To minimize the sweating at night, here are a few suggestions :

Choose clothing night in breathable fabrics such as cotton, linen or silk, to help regulate your body temperature.
Maintain a comfortable temperature in your room using a fan or by adjusting the temperature of the air conditioning.
Avoid foods and drinks that can cause excessive sweating, such as spicy foods or alcoholic beverages, especially before sleep.
Try to reduce your level of stress by practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation, yoga or deep breathing.
Use of the stone of alum as deodorant natural to control body odour during the night. The alum stone has antibacterial properties that help kill the bacteria responsible for body odour.
It should be noted that the alum stone does not reduce the sweating itself, but in helping to control body odour by preventing bacterial growth. If the excessive sweating persists despite these measures, it is recommended to consult a doctor to see if there is an underlying medical cause that needs to be treated.
